Sometimes when deleting the perweb.nsf the file is not created on next client startup. The perweb.ntf is located in data-folder.When the user tries to open a webpage he gets the information that perweb.nsf can not be found.
After creating the file manually surfing works fine.
Any ideas why the perweb.nsf is not created automatically?
