I am trying to re-run a process that worked 2 months ago, but now it doesn’t. I want to open a series of webpages in a browser, and then run an agent to capture information from them.
Having set my browser to “Notes with IE”, I open the webpage I want to see, and it looks fine. However, when I look at the page stored in Perweb, it is blank apart from saying “The requested page has no content, or contains only HTML not supported by Web Navigator.” I don’t get this problem on all pages, maybe 50% of the time.
I’ve tried changing Perweb presentation options between Rich Text and Rich Text with HTML but this makes no difference.
I’ve also tried creating a new perweb.nsf and this hasn’t helped either.
Has anyone had the same problem and been able to get around it?
