Hello,I’ve received un external mail with a file attached. I’d like to add to my Personal Address Book this contact, i have no any error message, but when i go to my PAB, i don’t find this entry.
I’ve tried to add again this contact to my PAB, but i 've got a message “This contact is aldready in your PAB, do you want to copy otherwise…”
Help, What can i do to find this contact hidden in my PAB please ?

Is the ACL set properly for your name in the PNAB? Do you have (or need) some Roles assigned to you? If you look at the design of the PNAB, is the Contacts View pulling the right documents?
I probably missed some stuff, but that ought to get you started.

I’ve checked my PNAB, i have all the necessary rights, and i see also in disigner, this contact is not present in "View contact "
