First off, the R5.0.13 mail files all have the “Inherit design from template” checked, and “StdR50Mail” is the template name before the convert command is run (that is not the problem). If I run the “load convert mail\xxxxxx.nsf * mail7.ntf” command on the mail file(s) and leave the personal folder design property checked “Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify”, it converts the mail file to R7, but the personal folders retain their R5 design while the rest of the mail file’s design elements become R7. I get this terrible Hybrid. If I uncheck the personal folder design property for each personal folder “Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify”, then run the same convert command listed above, it deletes all the personal folders. How do I get it to convert all the personal folders to R7 design?

I believe, if you use the syntax…
“load convert -u mail\xxxxxx.nsf * mail7.ntf”
… it will upgrade your personal folders as well.
