I just have to say what a useful feature persistent breakpoints are. When you are testing a large chunk of code and are going over and over the same bit trying to get it right, there was nothing more frustrating in R5 than having to pick through the code finding the bit you wanted to break at each and every time you tested the script. Not only that, Lotus seem to have sorted out the problem with the debugger window appearing in random places all over the screen, and in a random size, and with the possibility of only one of the code or variable/breakpoint panes being visible. This has made my life so much easier!
Well done Lotus!
