Gentleman,
Can anybody tell me, how to prevent users to send messages to “All users” in the domino directory by selecting from addess book.
My requirement is only some selected users I want to give permisson to send a message to all notes users.
Some users are sending unwanted messages to all notes users by selecting the “All Users” from address book. This is creating more traffic on my network.
Help me to resolve this issue.

Ashik,
Set the reading access on the “All Users” entry in the Address book. So except few users others won’t be able to see that entry in the Address book.

Yes, if anybody knows the group name or email address which is hidden in Address book, then also by typing it in the Sent to field, mail will go.
If you know how to restrict the sending of mail, let us know.
