Permission to print

Hello, I’ve created a form and a action button to allow printing the form. Everybody in the company can print the page, except one person and I don’t know why. I’m not using any kind of restriction. Does anyone have an idea ?Thanks,

Does the document have a $Keepprivate field on it??

If the person is listed separately in the database ACL, make sure that he/she has “replicate or copy documents” selected – if that permission isn’t enabled, the user can’t print either.

What error message (if any) does the user get???

Make sure there is not a $KeepPrivate field on the document that the user cannot print
