I have one mail DB where the permanently delete documents after xx hours field is greyed out. If I create a new replica, I can change the field but after it replicates with another server, it greys out again. Also, from the Admin client, Files, Database, Advances Properties, I can change the value even when it’s greyed out, but it stays greyed out. We are running 8.5.1 servers with FP1. The client is 8.5.1 FP1 and the template is 8.5.1. On one of the clustered servers, the ODS is R6 (43:0) on the other 2 it’s R85 (51:0). Any ideas? Thanks!
Subject: Corruption?
Sometimes creating a new replica repairs corruption. Try running fixup -F with the -J switch if transaction logging is enabled, updall -R and compact -c -D -i. If that works, run the maintenance on all replicas, or replace them with the clean replica.
