Hello,
This is the message users start having when sending mails to a particular domain.
Error transferring to mail.thedomain.com; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 500 Firewall Error
This happens randomly and most mails are actually sent. I could not find any firewall issues on our side, and DNS and reverse DNS are correct. Any idea?
Subject: Permanent Error 500 Firewall Error
500 means permanent error of unknown type so;1) does it only happen on one domain?

does it always happen on that domain or only on one or more addresses within the domain

You say that DNS has been checked, did you check the recieving domain on DNSstuff (or the like) as I had something similar with a suspended domain.

Are you using any external to notes filters?
