Hi. I’m managing a Domino server wich was deplyed when I arrived on version 5.0.13. Today this server was upgraded into version 8.0.1 maintaing some databases (Applications) with StdR50Mail templates. And the new Apps were created using StdR8Mail. Issue occurs on both kind of Applications.
Mail addressess are truncated when Replying All mails when address have a period like john.smith@something.com becames john.smith and finaly the senders receives several failure notices.
Reading the Notes/Domino fixup list I’ve found SPR # CDCO4LYNMD and SPR # LDEY4FYQVZ solve this since version 5.0.5 so I shouldn’t be having this issue.
My boss is considering between migrating to Domino 8.5.2 fix 3 (wich includes fix SPR# JALS658T7S on server side) or later but he is thinking about MS Exchange too because of this, but I think the problem is something about configuration but I culdn’t figure it out.
