We’ve had several customers report this and I have witnessed it, but can not reliably reproduce it: When they archive messages (filed in folders) from their mail file, the messages are, correctly, put into the corresponding folder in their archives. However, some of the messages also appear in the archive’s inbox (or is that in-box?). We have been telling them to just select the messages in the inbox and then Remove from Folder. However, I have been tasked to find a “solution” to this.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you have a solution. I can open an incident with IBM, but wanted to explore here, first.
