The icon for PDF and other files shows up in Notes as a box with an arrow pointing down and looks very bad in our current implementation.
How do you change the default icon for extensions like PDF and PUB in Notes emails?

Subject: Which version of Windows are you running?
Subject: It’s controlled by the Operating System and it’s associations not Notes.
So it needs to be corrected at the OS level. The none adobe programs you are using must be setting that as the icon.
Subject: I see the same thing occasionally (like today) a restart of the Notes client seems to fix it, must be a bug in 8.5.2?
