Apologies if this breaks the forums rules, but i have a question and its not stricly notes related.
My company is the process of tendering for around 400 new desktops. Its come down to either dell’s gx270 or HP d530s.
We currently have hp d530s and know they are pretty good. Does anyone have experience of a dell pc’s and/or the (business) customer service they provide.

I have been fairly pleased with Dell’s PCs. However, I do have some support concerns with some of their outsourcing agreements. Unless Dell is quoting your company an incredible price that undercuts HP, I would tell you to stick with what you know. No sense changing vendors, unless you are displeased with HPs prices and support. Also, minimizing vendor relationships is always a good thing in most cases.
