PC locks up when clicking on URL in an email

PC locks up most of the time when user clicks on a website link in an email. Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is likely to be an issue with the PERWEB.nsf. I am guessing that when it locks up it says something like Consistancy check in operation (on Perweb.nsf).

Go to the users data directory and change the .nsf to .old on the perweb DB. Then start Notes. Then try and click on the URL.
