PC LAN Information from within Notes Form

Am conducting a survey using Notes. Is it possible to find out the user’s pc number, LAN IP Address, PCuserLAN ID.

I use this in a survey form that I mail out with a bunch of other code but this should do the trick for you. I’m not getting ip address but you should be able to pick that up too.
