We recently upgraded our LN Clients to 7.01 CCH2 now when we cut and paste e-mail information to Remedy (4.05.02 (patch 1133), Remedy crashes. (Remedy is a Problem Ticketting system).
The problem only seems to occur if we include the header information from an e-mail (From, TO, Subject, Date and time).
I have contacted Remedy and am waiting for a reply, but I was wondering if this maybe a bigger problem than just Remedy. Anyone have any ideas what maybe in the header that causes this problem?
