I assume that I can’t paste documents into the Sent view, because it’s a view and not really a folder. However, I have a problem with a mail file and need to create a new mail file for a user. I’d like to copy over the messages so it’s as close to the old mail file as possible. Is there any way to move the messages from the old Sent folder to the new one?
If no, is there another approach I should be taking to migrate the user from one mail file to another?
