I have been working on the Resource Reservation on our system to clean up some things left by previous admins. On all of the resources (rooms)all the reservations are showing, all the way back to 2009. I have limited the reservations so they can only book rooms out to 1 year in the future, but cannot get the past due dates to hide or disappear.
Subject: Activate the purge agent
There is a agent in the resource db that will purge reservations past a certain interval. I believe the agent is coded to 2 days in past but you can just change that number. Don’t forget to resign the agent with an id that has delete rights to the db.
Subject: Enable ALL R&R Agents
There are 4 “system” Agents we ship with Domino R&R that should be enabled with a trusted ID. The policy is to not ship Agents enabled by default so unfortunately sites need to do that the first time they install R&R.
