Passthru html table looses formatting after 250 ft results

hello i hope someone can help because its puzzling me greatly!

i have a form which does an ftsearch that returns about 350 results. the script then creates a new document based on a form i have in the database, which contains a text field (results) and some passthru html which is as follows:

the computed text just references the results field which contains the results formatted using html to ‘draw’ a table. problem is after 250 results the table formatting dissappears and it just lists the remaining results.

i have copied the contents of the results field into an html doc and opened it in ie with no problems, but notes dosent seem to let me display more than about 250 rows!

ideas most appreciated!

i kind of solved this by writing to an html file then launching it in ie

The problem is that it is converted to rich text to be displayed in Notes, and Notes has a hard limit of 255 rows (see Domino Limits).
