I am trying to set up some reports in Room & Resource reservation and would like to show a field “RoomSetup”. I want to add a field on the Calendar & Scheduling so when a user enters a new meeting they can choose the setup they need. If I add that field to C&S so the user can enter their choice, how can I get that field value to pass to the R&R reservation program so facility staff will know how to arrange the room? Thanks Bob

It seems the vast majority of folks have not heard of our $CSCopyItems that we added a long time ago for just such an event.
I don’t have a current doc ref for it but you can easily Google it and find info places like Rocky Oliver’s blog posting on it here.
