How does one add the paragraph style list box to the toolbar? Also, I see that my styles are associated with F11 (the styles cycle key), but pressing F11 does nothing. The Styles action button on the toolbar does cycle through the styles. thanks, Norbert
Subject: F11 Key also not working
Depending on what part of Lotus Notes I’m using, I can (or can not) cycle through the style formatting.
While creating an email message, the F11 does indeed work. Cool.
But…
But, when I’m creating a “To Do” item, the F11 key does not work. The ‘styles’ icon at the top of the screen is “greyed out” and also does not work.
Since I use the “To Do” application all the time, it is quite hanous issue.
BTW. I have modified the F11 format sequence to include a check box list (as opposed to a bulleted list).
I’m using Lotus Notes 8.0.2.
Anyone else out there with the same problem?
