My server 6.5 crach with panic error every time when the router do not know what to do. example: server1 is down and server2 try to route mail to server1. server2 crach.
I have serch the forum and find no similar case.

I contacted lotus support and the had the solution.
in event4.nsf I had notification send “pager” messages if mail router had problem.
Deliting the document solved my problem.
this is bug in DN6

I had similar problems, what is it due is to a mail document in mail.box and eventually routes to a mail database that is corrupted.
it is very had to pin point which database is causing that, but we were able to and created a new copy of it, the server is fine now
