Page cannot be displayed

Hi,

One of my users is getting Page cannot be displayed when they try to edit a form on a web-based notes database.

The only difference I can see is that the users is an Interenet User and does not have a Mail file, i.e in the address book he is in as Joe Bloggs and not as Joe Bloggs/NH/BHS/Company

Is this whats wrong…does he need a mail file to access forms on the web?

Any hints would be great.

Subject: Page cannot be displayed

check the server log database where in you find easily what exactly the error is.

May be some DBlookUP failing…or some other error…
