This request came up a year ago at “Ask the Developers” and got the “good idea, we’ll take that back”.Basically users want to reserve rooms from inside their calendar, but the also want to book the room with extra time – like 15 minutes before for setting up the room, or 15 minutes after for cleaning up the room. Currently this means booking the room manually as a separate step directly inside Resource Reservations.
