Hi,

I have a Domino Server called NETONE-Directory.

All users I created is automatically inside NETONE Directory.

Now, I want to create databases for some our clients but I dont want theses clients databases inside my NETONE Directory.

How I can a create another Organization (like mail) for example, so all the clients databases can be moved into it?

I want to do this, because when any internal user create a new email and lookup for contacts they will be able to choose user from NETONE Directory or Clients Directory.

All users will not be in the same directory.

Subject: We do this…

This is actually quite simple and works quite well…just create another directory(s) for your clients. Add the users, not as registered users, but just add them and create their email addresses. Then just go the .ini file of your server(s) and add the db name to the Names= entry. For example, for us we have Names=names.nsf, clientnames.nsf, clientnames2.nsf.

That makes it available for users via type ahead or using the to: feature, they’d just have to switch the directory in the pop up box, so a bit of training in that area perhaps, but this is easy and works quite well.
