I have two users experiencing an odd occurrence when using the alphabetic index lookup feature in their PABs. Example: When user selects to view contact starting with the letter “E” the lookup takes him to the “W” section. Does anyone have an idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
Subject: PAB - Index Look-ups malfunctioning
I am having this happen. When one of my users clicks ‘H’, it goes to the W’s. Any help appreciated.
