Overflow when Add Sender to JunkMail

Hi all…

After Updating Server from 6.0.3 to 6.5.2 English we get an error when creating Block Mail rule with Client 6.5.1

specials:

changed sort functions in $Inbox, $Sent and $All Folder/View in a copyied template with own master template name inotes6-abc.

Now we have some users with strange errors when they add a sender to the junkmail blocklist with “Tools/Block Mail from sender…”

The Client displays an error: Overflow

In the Rules View/Folder there are many entries with empty Fields and Mails from the blocked sender aren’t moved to the JunkMail Folder. You can open the empty Rules but they are empty too… When you delete them, the error doesn’t occur anymore and the Block Mail Rule is created successfully and the mail from the sender is blocked/moved.

Has anyone get the same error?

Any suggestions?

We have not found any errors like the one you reported, but if helps, can you post the information (addresses) found in the From and Principal fields here?

As you know, Block User uses these 2 fields to build a ‘black list’ to them compare them with incoming messages. If a match is found, the incoming message is than moved to the Junk Folder.

I had the same issue. It took three tries, but I was able to deleted the rule and then added a spammer. It worked fine.
