Outlook Express, Outlook migration problems

Good day,Configuratin Domino server 6.5.1 on Linux RedHat 7.3, Notes Client 6.5.1 CS(Czech) or 6.5.2 EN on Windows PC.

I want migrate from Outlook Express

  1. nupgrade 4:

Messages copied over IMAP server having bad date format - 15.23.5863 and Address book contacts not work with Czech language (bad letter)

I install MS Outlook, convert all from Outlook Express:

  1. nupgrade 3:

PC-1: Upgrade wizard display Migration of personal folder. It takes about 1 minute and end. Nothing migrate.

PC-2: Upgrade wizard migrate address book(contacts) OK, but personal folder not.

PC-3: Upgrade wizard migrate address book(contacts) OK and 10 messages from 150.

Is possible download upgrade notes client(Czech) or Upgrade Wizard(nupgrade) - where?
