We have a Domino 8.0.1 environment but our parent company uses Exchange/Outlook. All mail and calendaring between us runs over the Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes.
When scheduling meetings, the Notes clients can view busytime of all Exchange/Outlook users without issue.
BUT, when an Outlook user schedules a meeting with a Notes user, the busytime is sometimes not displayed. We are able to reproduce it from other Outlook clients, and it is always the same Notes users that show up with “no info” in the Find Available Times view.
We obviously thought it was how the Notes users had their calendars set, but the ones showing up with “no info” are set to the default of “read any calendar entry or to do”
So far we’ve seen it to be about 50/50. Outlook clients can view about half of our users’ busytime. The other half of the notes users show no info.
anybody have any ideas?
