Has anybody solved this problem yet?

I’m getting crazy. Why I can change the outlines but don’t refresh them just in time without reopening the database?

I haven’t solved it, but a workaround can be to have a copy of the outline with a different name. So when you to refresh an outline, the system believes it cannot use the cached outline.

I think that’s not possible. I’ve created a new outline with script by a button in a form. After that I wanted to embedde the outline in a richt text item. My new outline didn’t appear in the dialog box. The other (older) outlines did.
