Outgoing mailbox show pending mails

Hi,

We have users on osx who complain that they’re outgoing mailbox in notes show mails that are 'not" being sent (or pending). I tested this by sending one user an email (both from my network mail account and gmail account) and she was able to receive both and reply to both. However, the outgoing mailbox still shows pending mails. Is this a bug on OSX? Is there any fix for this issue? They mentioned a couple more errors (which they have not sent) and will post it once received.

Have you checked that the users location document is set to send via the server.

hi, yes it’s set to send via the server. the odd thing is it only ever happens when the mails the users try to send are with attachments. the only restriction we have as far as attachments are concerned is that it should not exceed 30mb in size.
