Outgoing mail held up in MAIL BOX

HI,

I am using Domino 6 in my company. The problem that I am facing is that when users send mail to somone outside comany i.e on Internet, the mail gets stuck up in MAIL BOX. Then I have to manually stop and restart mail router of Domino to send them.

What is the reason of this problem and what is the solution.

I will be very thankful.

Try the command “tell router show queue” to see what the router is saying about these messages. Are these mails maybe low priority mails. You can set on the domino server when these mails will be sent. Mostly it is somewhere in the morning when there is not much activity on the server.
