Outgoing mail format

Hi allI send a mail to internet (mi address is mike.diamond@company.com) … but in the inbox of the others my name appears as mike.diamond

It must appear as Mike S. Diamond.

May I explained? my english is not good

simply in your SendTo field.

the reason other ppl got the complete info is that they prolly have you in their friend list.
