We are sending out emails to external people (i.e. outside our Lotus Domino network).
The emails’ content sometimes have apostrophe, double quotes, currency symbols (euro, pound).
When composing the emails in the Notes Client directly, the content of the emails are correct.
When composing the emails via a third party application, which uses the Notes Client to send the emails, the content do not appear correct to the external users (internal users see no issues).
ie:
Single quotes: ‘quote’
Double quotes: “double�
Apostrophe: Apostr’phe
Currency (euro): €322,350.32
Currency (pound): £320,000.02
Is there some server configuration settings that I need to set so that the “special” characters are displayed correctly?
