I have 2 users who have strangely formatted addresses when sending to the internet. Looks like this:First_Last/OHC%OPTIMUS@optimussolutions.com
I have checked the following and verified all settings are correct:
Location Doc
Person Doc
Global Domain Doc
Config Doc - Advanced MIME settings
Mail file Owner field
Any ideas???

Does the user have an internet mail address on their person document?

Yes. The internet address is in the Person doc.

Yep… checked there. NOTE: this also happens using the iNotes client.

Is there a solution? I have the same problem for only my 5 of 300 users.
I’ve tried everything, checked both location documents of persons and person documents of domino names.nsf
Problem still continues. Does anyone solve the problem. I really need the solution.
