Ok, firstly, I have searched the forum on this topic, I have disabled antivirus software, and filtering to prove that this is not what is stripping the messages of their body.
The problem is our outbound email, not on a regular basis, is being stripped of its body. It will retain it’s header but no text, no file attachments in the body field. Could there be a problem during the CD-Mime conversion that could possibly be stripping the body field. The inability to convert the message. In looking at the Notes Logs, everything appears fine, messages are sent, conversion looks ok, but our users are getting blank emails. I have recreated mail router boxes to prove that it’s not a corrupt mail box, still error occurs.
Yes. Dammned nuisance that. You can set the person doc in the PAB to leave messages in MIME format for inbound, but MIME/CD for outbound is governed by a setting in every location doc in the private address books of users.
Fortunately in ND6 we have policies.
We now enforce MIME for messages addressed to internet addresses using an organisation wide policy.
