I thought I knew how to fix the below error message, but for the last two hour, I have not been able to fixed this error.

Subject: first guess: the OoO profile document is missing
edit/create the profile document by running the editoutofoffice agent manually out of the agents view of the affected db, and see what you get.

Done that, I event Replace the design of the mail file. The funny thing is that other users are working correctly…
