Currently our out of office agent is set at 4.00pm for all mailboxes. Is there a way in which we can change the time for let’s say 1.00pm. Again this chane in time should apply for all mailboxes.

Make the changes in the mail template and it will update to all the databases @ 2AM.

are you referring to the template that resides on the domino directory “mail6.ntf” (path: server\domino\data).So you telling me that if I change the template this will reflect the changes for all the mailboxes?

Change the template, where all the mail files are residing.
By default design changes will run @ 2am everyday.

this is as long as your mail files have the template listed as ‘inherit from master template’ 4th tab of db properties.
The thing to watch when making an OOO agent change is that all your mailfiles that are currently running OOO will be disabled when the refresh happens.
