We have 1 user who is having problems trying to enable his OOO from webmail.
when he tries to enable it, it will act like it has enabled.
I hop on the Admin client and check his agents and on the admin client it shows that the agent is still disabled. I leave it alone for a few hours and still shows that it is disabled.
Any work arounds or ways to fix this? Anyone else dealing with this type of problem?
