Out-of-office Summary

Hello all,

we are using out of office notification as service (Domino Server 8.0.2 FP5, Lotus Notes Clients 8.0.2).

When users come back after absence they have the out-of-office summary message in their mail files. The message body is “While you were out, no one was notified of your absence”, although they have received new mail during the absence from different senders.

The command “tell router o” returns the correct number of mail files where the service is activated.

Does someone already had a similar problem?

Subject: Deleting ooo profile

In the meantime I’ve deleted the out-of-office profile, carried out a design replace to add the profile again and after this a compact-c against the mail database.

Although people are now included in the list, but not all who have sent me a mail during my absence.

It is really frustrating.
