Everytime a user enable his “Out-of-Office” tool, an automatic email appears to be sent to an external email address i.e colin.Miles@abt.com, irrespective of whether he hasn’t sent him an email for months!!!
Could you please investigate why this is happening as it is annoying for external person and embarrassing for Our Company. User has communicated with the external email address in the past and there are few old email in his mailbox,
could that be a cause for the same??

A work around would be to list this email address in the ‘exception’ tab when he enables his Out of Office.

Design consistency problem on the mail file?
You may want to edit your original post and remove that email address. You don’t want to compound this chap’s problems by offering his email address to spambots, do you?
