One of our Lotus Notes users has had their notes updated to Version 8, since the upgrade the ‘Out Of Office’ option doesn’t appear under the MORE option.
Can someone please help as the user needs to set their Out Of Office.

Is this user running a pre-R8 Notes client? Because the out-of-office command is suppressed if a pre-R8 client runs with an R8+ mailfile – the older client is not compatible with some of the newer functionality in the mail template.
Note that the same is true of mail preferences – for pre-R8 client with R8+ mail template, there’s no More - Preferences command, and there’s no More - Out of Office command.
