Out of Office option missing from tools

We recently upgraded our system from 4.5 to 6.5.1 - with the old 4.5 mail files, that have now been upgraded, the ‘out of office’ option is present on the Actions-tools menu, however with new mail files being created for new users this option is not present, any suggestions?

Check the preferences on those new mail files and be sure the new users are listed as the owners. If they’re not listed, they won’t see the “out of office” option.

Be sure if you do change the preferences that the user exits the file. Won’t see it until they exit out and go back in.
