Out of office not working after upgrade

Hi,

We upgraded from 5.0.11 to 6.0.1 (our users are using 5.0.7 clients) this weekend and now our users can’t deactivate or activate the Out of Office agent. They get “object variable not set” and then they see the normal popup window but they can’t activate/deactivate it.

Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

I just want to say that I fixed the problem by replacing the R5 template with one from a 5.0.11 client.

Did you upgrade the templates?Hard to tell what is going on wrong just from the error message. Try turning on LotusScript debugger and it will tell you which line it fails on, that might give you a hint of what is going on.

This does not to be a bug that everyone gets, so I think it is something in your upgrade process. Knowing which line the problem occurs could help jog something.

I did not upgrade the templates, I just copied the old R5 template to the server.

How do I run the debuggen on the Out of office agent?
