I have an issue across all of the clients on the network. Users can enable the Out of Office but it will not send the automatic response message to anyone that sends them a memo during the designated time that they specify. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Users may not be able to run simple agents on your server.
Check your security settings for the server.

I’ve made sure that there is access to the server and it is editor access. I am able to run the agent from the designer manually. I think that it may be a client issue rather than a server issue.

Check if the agents are actually running. Check if they are queued up to run, and if they are not running there will be a message on the console why they are not running. If they are not queued up, that means enabling did not happen. For editor level users it does not happen instantly. Editor level users do NOT have to be in server record with the rights to run agents (but it is okay if they are).
