Is it possible to add URLs to the out of office message?Thanks

Sure; URLs are just text strings. You can add whatever text you like, including a URL, to the OOO message. Now, it is dependent on the receiver’s client to recognize and make that URL hot (clickable); most any modern email client including Notes will do that.
