The client wont let go of the cout of office reminder:
This is a repeat reminder! Please disable your Out of Office Agent. To disable the agent, Open your Out of Office profile and select the ‘Enable/Disable’ button.
It is disabled, I have set it manually in Notes Designer, I have done a replication.
Some suggestions on what the solution could be?

Are sure that the oof is disabled? Did you check the console? You could check if the agent is still running–> tell amgr schedule.

the oof is definitely disabled, also in designer - shared code\agents\oof.

check the users mail file quota level… if they are over their quota threshhold it will affect their ability to disable this agent
Also if they have set their LEAVE and RETURN date the same on their ooo settings, that could cause issue
