A users get’s an error when trying to access Out Of Office button in he’s client.In the status line it says “Action Failed, Docuemnt has been deleted”
Any idea what this is?
I have done design replace and “Compact -c”, didn’t do any change…

I did not test what you suggested, becase i found that there where more functions under the Tools Menu that was not working. Preferences, Add Sender to addressbook, Mark/Unmark Document as expired and Out Of Office. All with the same error “Action Failed, Document has been deleted”
Can’t be the Ouf Of Office agent that is worng…

I fixed with this.Ran fixup and updall like this: fixup -f, compact -i -c -d -K, updall -r.

The Out of Office agent uses a few hidden fields that are updated when the agent is turned on by the owner of the DB. You might find is best to make sure the folder structure is set to NOT update and then replace the design with another MAIL template (if extendedR7 make it Webaccess and vise versa).
Do this with out the agent running. Use the person ID to turn it on and then on again. This should bring back the rights fields for you to make the agent work again.
