Out of office CN=../O=... why?

for some users in out of office subject shows CN=name/O= domain where others just name why?

Subject: out of office CN=…/O=… why?

The text string in the Subject of the out of office response is initially computed from your Calendar Profile. But if you have subsequently edited it to remove the O=, C= stuff, then it remembers the last text you used.

So how do you fix this, I have the same problem. I am not sure I follow how to change the format of the sending address.
