Out of Office as a service

Hi All,

I’m trying to create a functionality that will allow a helpdesk to enable the out of office for any user. The helpdesk has no direct access to the mailfiles. Out of office is running as a service on the server.

Has anyone done this before and encountered caching issues on the client when enabling directly on the server?
